More reviews on GoogleI called to get some information about battery options as I was doing a comparison before choosing an auto parts store to visit. The man on the phone sounded annoyed and condescending the entire call. My last question was for a quoted cost range for a battery. I could hear him rolling his eyes over the phone as he said, “it depends on what kind of car you have.” No kidding, why not ask me what kind of car I have so you can answer my question? I quickly said goodbye and ended the call. Visited another auto parts company that was much more helpful and friendly.
Michael and Sammi were incredible, they were super helpful! My generator went out for the building I maintenance and it turned out to be a bad battery. Their retail space was closed and they went above and beyond to help find my battery while they had their hands full with other things, they helped me immensely that day, I can’t thank them enough. The battery was also cheaper then I thought it would be, I will be going to this store exclusively for all of my auto and battery needs solely because of the extensive knowledge and the exceptional service that Michael and sammi provided!
Wow what a joke. Went in to get my battery looked at. The crew said my battery was dead after putting it on their charger. They totally pressured me into purchasing a new battery. found out my old one was still good from another shop. No returns according to the manager but nothing on the receipt stipulates that. Super shady. I ended calling corporate after being placed on hold for 30 minutes. All I wanted was a refund. So lame. Not even store credit.
A year ago i was gifted some Napa gift cards. I used one either once or twice within the same week. I’d say a few weeks go by and i go back to make a purchase with the gift cards, still doesn’t work. Mind you there’s still a balance on both, But i can’t use them at all. Apparently during that time Napa was transitioning into their now new gift cards, and discontinued the old ones. The store manager Ron took the time to help, got me situated with a new gift card and transferred the balance. It was a bit inconvenient but he went above and beyond! Appreciate it!
