They’re inhumane in respect to not providing a bathroom with a light that will stay on longer than two minutes. It’s a horrible experience to go in for an early morning visit, to a medical tenant, before there are people frequently walking in to trigger the motion sensor. The bathroom light turns off after two minutes. It’s happened several times and it’s never fun. Don’t make me explain why one might need more than a couple minutes. Don’t make me explain the awful predicaments it puts one in. Get it fixed.

More reviews on GoogleI just have to say to Northrim, remember KARMA is a bit#&! What comes around goes around! I found kyself visiting a chiropractor at 333 NE Russell St, there is no elevator so you have no choice but to use the staircases to get to the businesses. Upon leaving the business back down the staircase of narrow stairs, using the handrails, wearing boots with new tread, tread of the toe of my 7 1/2 woman's boots caught on the stair trim. Broke my ankle in 3 places, had to be surgically reconstucted, going on 4 months out of work have lost more than $10,000 in wages, housebound for 2 1/2 months. Northrim PDX not willing to help at all, claims no negligence. Thanks for ruining my life. Public beware Yet another example of the big guy chewing up and spitting out the little guy
Shane Lipp came out to my property to do some fence work for me and I was very pleased. I was quoted a fair price, treated well, and got what I paid for - quality work. Thanks a bunch, Shane.
We were very successful working with North Rim to secure a lease on a commercial kitchen for our ramen shop, Noraneko. They do a lot of work in close in East Portland and are absolutely worth talking to!
I've been in the Everest Building for over two years and have been very happy with North Rim Partners. They are professional and courteous property managers. Whenever I need something, they address it promptly. They also are good at notifying tenants in advance of any maintenance workers in the building. Most importantly, they take pride in their properties -- the Everest Building has nice common areas and restrooms that are always clean. The location is great too -- just a short walk to coffee shops and restaurants.
