Got into an accident 100 miles from home. Just wanted to get home. Needed my bumper fixed so I could have a full motion of turning. Brought it in. Everybody there was really nice and even more helpful. They quickly inspected my vehicle, quoted me a price, and went to work. It was going to take a few hours. I wasn't the only one there, but they said I could stay in their lobby, with a nice couch, until it was done. One of them even offered to give me a ride to the food trucks and bar a few blocks away. I took him up on this. What could have been a very bad day for me turned out to be, well, not so bad, thanks to the folks at this auto body shop.

HORRÍVEL-HORRÍVEL-HORRIVEL The worst experience I've ever had in my life. Professionals with no training whatsoever are worse, liars. I left a car in January to pick it up in 1 week. I managed to pick the car up in July and with extremely poor service. The car has been parked to this day because both the painting and the replacement of the panel were done in a grotesque way. AVOID THIS COMPANY! LIES AFTER LIES!

I purchased 2 cars from a gal named Rachel. I found out later she is selling cars for Nachos. I gave her cash for the for one and traded 3 of my autos plus a little cash for the other. Short version of story is, I paid Rachel. She has sold my 3 vehicles. Here's the problem, Nachos won't hand over the title to me because his gal never gave him the money. So, now they blame me of stealing the car. They even come around and try to steal it back . I am losing a lot of sleep over this. I have contacted everyone I should in this matter. But, my God, how unprofessional is this. Another thing, the cars have shotty body work done by them. Don't buy cars from anyone involved with this place. They most likely will try to steal it back! I don't even think the guys name is Nacho. It's Guadalupe. But you have to communicate with Ceaser because of the language barrier. They tell me to talk to the Lady. The one who caused this whole mess!⁶

I’ve been taken my car here to Nachos for a long time now & they do a great job for a great fair price they are really reasonable. I see some reviews & it’s crazy because there’s been some cases where so many people that want something REALLY CHEAP! But want everything perfect do take in mind YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!! & don’t act like you know that! But then want everything perfect like your paying what it really cost to do the job !!! again a shop doesn’t make money & gets there supplies for free people work & try to get a little something back for there pockets but others want to complain & take there car without paying after it was a junk and nacho made it better way better some of theses reviews need to post the truth!!!
