Meagen is a fantastic combination of warm, focused, and sensitive. I asked for a general treatment, and she was able to pinpoint the areas that needed the most attention and apply the right amount of pressure. She had a good range of pressure from very gentle to very firm, which I find important when receiving bodywork and an indication of the practitioner reading my body. Her space is relaxing and furnished tastefully. I even forgot that we were right on a busy street (Foster). Would highly recommend.

I have been a client of Meagen's for several years and have been missing our regular appointments during the lockdown very much. Our tele-health appointment today was fantastic. She provided counsel, exercises and stretches to help me continue to progress in both pain reduction and muscle relaxation. What a wonderful opportunity for these times. I will work with her regularly until we can again have face to face interaction. She's the best!
