It's a small gym for both one on one and small group training. They clean with Simple Green, so there's no surprise allergy attacks from fragranced cleaners. Trainer Christian is absolutely amazing to work with, and he creates a welcoming environment for everyone, including those of us who have never trained before. He's mindful of the physical quirks that sometimes accompany being on spectrum, such as hyper-mobility in joints. I've got some unique challenges including only one working inner ear, and he's been marvelous at finding ways to safely build strength and increase my balance. I've been amazed by how quickly I've made progress and how much strength training is benefiting my work and life in general. I knew strength training would be good for my health, but I didn't know how much I'd end up loving it!
