Super good experience, Ricky my salesman was super and ran all over the parking lot with me in the rain and just answered prices for me. I ended up getting a truck then a few weeks later got a new car. I plan to shop there again.

Able to get a quick appointment, they did a good job on the 30,000 mile service in a reasonable amount of time, and they let me bring my dog into the waiting room! They also charged up my car to 80% , helpful since my home charger has been on the blink and I am waiting for repair. My only complaint is the somewhat high cost -- almost $400 -- for this periodic service.

10 stars. Fixed the car. Fixed the "customer service disaster." That is my quote when talking with the service advisor Kyle Portis. I told him to talk with his manager Abby Bacon early and often. They have the best data on my 2014 Sonic. They have the best parts for my car. Kyle and Abby are extremely knowledgeable, persevering, and care enough to make it right. 5 star service. 5 star service recovery.

Alex was awesome! Got my truck in immediately when I pulled up to service. Technicians did a thorough job trying to find out why I had a dead battery. Couldn't find anything but we all came to the conclusion that onstar linked up to my truck, and didn't disconnect the link resulting in a battery drain. All in all, Alex was awesome and I give him 10/10 stars for his help. Thank you!

Very satisfied with the service provided by the service department. Kristina at the front desk really went above and beyond by filling out and submitting tire rebate paperwork for me to the manufacturer. I didn't expect that, and very much appreciated it. There is a clear noticable difference between this service shop and others that I have been to for the quality level of service they provide. I have switched business to Mcgloughlin Cheverlet because of this.
