The folks at MBI are very friendly and knowledgeable, and have addressed my car maintenance concerns quickly and with great expertise. And when I stopped by with one of my tires being low on air pressure, they quickly came out and filled up the tire using their portable air compressor. Their prices are better than at the dealership, but the quality of the work is just as good.
Made an appointment ant 12pm arrived early. It’s been over an hour and they still haven’t completed my oil change (which was the only thing I asked for). Apparently they had to order a filter, without communicating to me beforehand, otherwise I would have left. Caught the tech texting on his phone multiple times while my car was up on the lift, just literally sitting there. Owner was nice even offered to pay for my next oil change, reception was nice, waiting room is comfy. $80.99 with disposal and other fees (even got a “good sport” discount $9.00 off)..yikes!! Total elapsed time 1hr and 22 mins for an oil change. Will not come back even with the freebie.
Where to begin, I have been coming to MBI since 2015. I personally know the original owners grandaughter Ashley, Sig was an amazing business owner and made MBI something great, I want to thank the new owners for keeping such a good business alive, MBI is always spotless and clean, the way an automotive shop should be. I have met some great people over the years at MBI including, Brandon, Sean and John. These guys have always taken care of me, went above and beyond, made things happen that I didn't think could. Owning an older Mercedes that is rare, these guys always make the sun shine where I didn't know it could. They don't have technicians here, they have mechanics, THEY CAN FIX THINGS. Not just throw parts at your vehicle like most shops do. If you want the job done right the first time, take your Mercedes to MBI. My Mercedes is more then just a car, its apart of my family. I wouldn't trust it anywhere else other than MBI. You pay for what you get at this shop, and that is QUALITY. Don't hesitate to bring your Mercedes to this shop.
Spotless! MBI has been working on my cars and my family's cars for decades. They are the very best value and don't try to milk your wallet. My cars are always done on time and given back to me in spotless condition. Kevin, Brandon and the rest of the team are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have a 1984 280SL and I only trust MBI to take care of my mint condition beautiful car. MBI took care of this car when it belonged to the previous owner and I have been taking it to MBI since I purchased it 15 years ago. Brandon provides excellent customer service and has been very patient with me as we went through all the service records last summer to Mae sure the car's service portfolio was up to date. Kevin was my service advisor this week and he did an excellent job. Everyone there is friendly and welcoming. I also appreciate that they wash my car! I love the fact that they now text with service reminders and follow up after service!!
