I had an Audi TTs I had just purchased that needed a timing belt and water pump replaced. Logan walked me through the service needed, explained all aspects of the service and got my car in quickly. I live in Eastern Oregon and Matrix worked flawlessly with my schedule. I received a phone call in the afternoon the work had been completed and to my surprise, they came in under the actual bid they had quoted me. This literally never happens in these times. I will make the drive to have my car serviced there. They are worth the drive and peace of mind that they care as much about your car as you do!!! I completely recommend Matrix Integrated to anyone looking for a service company that has the integrity and compassion to it takes to keep us on the road.
The folks running this shop are "Awesome!" I had a cooling system failure just over a year ago and spent several thousand dollars there repairing it. Fast forward 14 months and the cooling system failed again. Without me even asking for a discount, they replaced the faulty water pump free of charge, even though it was out of their warranty period. This was all done to a supercharged Audi, so the labor alone is a half days work pulling off and reinstalling the SC. If you need auto repairs, there are certainly cheaper options around town, but you can't beat the service and piece of mind you get at Matrix. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and have definitely earned my business for life!
I've been taking my Audi here for years now. They've always been friendly, fast, and honest. I've been impressed a few times with them checking something like alignment or tire wear, them telling me that a service isn't actually needed, and then not charging me for it. I've never left feeling like something isn't right and it's not often that I don't have at least something critical to leave in a review, but they've been awesome.
I had a request for an in person interview 300 miles away when an EPC and Check Engine light kicked on in my GTI, on my birthday of all days. If you don’t know, that’s a big problem in a GTI. To make matters worse I was preparing to move. The team at Matrix not only checked my car right away, but let me leave it with them to see if they could squeeze it in. They not only got it done a week before their next appointment opening, they only charged me for parts and one hour of labor. No rush fee. No extras. I’ve never seen someone step up and go above and beyond like that. Seriously if I want to do anything major I may drive the 300 miles to come back as I know it’ll get done fast, fair, and right. They also have a really cute loaner car up front 😎
