Thank you to the people at TRUE Towing for their kindness, professionalism, & ease of use. Dispatch was available really early & was able to answer my questions in a unfamiliar situation. Then Martin, the tow driver, contacted me directly & was super kind and set my mind at ease. They made a stressful situation as easy as possible. Thank you!!

stranded on a bridge for the second time in my life! Marcos made it to me within 30 minutes and dropped me + car off at my mechanic about 10 miles away. He was very smooth with his tow truck skills and turned on the heat to make sure I was warm! great experience and was very thankful to be saved by True Towing. 🤗

I called around looking for the best rate for a long distance tow and they were able to give me a quick quote that beat the competition. And if that wasn’t enough, they figured out how I could drive the vehicle safely instead of getting it towed! Quick, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful! Thanks Jo, you made my day and earned my loyalty if I ever break down in the Portland area again. He even called to hours later to see if I made it safely! People like you give me hope in humanity!

I called a number of towing companies since my car was blocking the road, but they were all fully booked. Within 30 minutes, Lightning Towing arrived and tow my car! Things was so good to not have to worry about anything because someone else had it under control because they had a huge truck (the kind that is used for carrying heavy items of equipment).

I think that TRUE Towing is great! I have been using them for a while now, and they are always so helpful. They do a great job of fixing my car, which is important to me because I am on my own and need to get around. I would definitely recommend them, because their service is really good!
