As a first time customer with an unknown issue (burning smell inside)with my vehicle I have become a forever customer. It was quickly diagnosed and repaired. Carlos went above and beyond to deal with the warranty company I have for the vehicle. The owner and business as a whole are upstanding and honest, I highly recommend them.
My car was in critical condition and I was more than panicked. A friend referred me here and it was the best advice ever. They took great care of my car and were honest and quick and didn’t try to screw me over in the price. My car drives wonderfully. I will never go to any other mechanic.
I started taking my vehicles to Lomeli's a few years ago. Having had 'misdiagnosed' issues and a few repairs that either failed or were not done correctly at other shops, I can't say enough about how great Lomeli's has been. Always honest. Repairs done right the first time and always reasonable on cost. I highly recommend Lomeli's!
I had an excellent experience at Lomeli’s Auto Repair in Gresham. Their service was outstanding, and the team was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took the time to clearly explain what my car needed and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. What really stood out to me was their speed and efficiency—the work was completed promptly without sacrificing quality. They were also very accommodating with my schedule, which I truly appreciated. It made the entire process stress-free and convenient. The customer service was amazing from start to finish. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. My car is running great, and I feel confident knowing I found a shop I can trust. I highly recommend Lomeli’s Auto Repair to anyone looking for reliable, fast, and top-quality service. I will definitely be returning!
Lomeli’s has been my go-to mechanic since I moved to Portland some years ago. They’ve been with me through two cars and the drama that came with them. The quality of care has always been the same: outstanding and thorough. Never once have I had an issue with Lomeli’s; everyone who works there is honest, kind, and very obviously passionate about what they do, and that passion shines through in the work they do. I’ve recommended Lomelis' shop to practically everyone I know, and highly recommend it to whoever is reading this. Also, as a woman, it has been trying at times to find a mechanic who won’t try to take advantage of me somehow. I’ve had that happen multiple times with other mechanics, but never here, which is something I’m genuinely grateful for.
