Wow! I have found my go to shop for all my vehicles. They are honest, fair and completely transparent about your vehicle. I trust them.

More reviews on GoogleThey should now be called Not So Honest One. I used to go to the Gresham location all the time when Aaron was there but the crew there now is horrible. I had my sister take a car in there that we bought for her to have it looked over. The guy did not know how to process the Groupon. He claimed it was only for oil changes when it was in fact for the VIP package. He then told my sister the vehicle needed new pistons (though there were no sounds indicating piston issues). He told her that there was metal in the oil (but could provide no proof without charging for a dye test). He said new tires were needed (despite Les Schwab saying days before the tires were at 75%) and overall said it was an $800 car and we had been taken advantage of. He further told her that this used car was in worse shape than her other car that needed a new engine. I asked for a detailed estimate outlining everything that needed to be done and the order it needed to be done, but at best I got a small list of items at the end of the receipt totaling approximately $1,500. There were no breakdowns as to labor vs. parts, etc. Upon taking the car to a competitor of Not So Honest One, we were told they were unable to find any of the issues that Not So Honest One had indicated needed to be repaired on the vehicle. In fact, we were told the car we purchased was "decent" for an older vehicle and it just needed to be driven. The only thing they could find wrong with the vehicle was that it would eventually need struts (something that Not So Honest One failed to mention from their inspection). They also charged 1/2 of what Not So Honest One charged for their inspection. When Aaron ran the Gresham location, it was a different group of people and I felt like I could trust the individuals working there with any of my vehicles. There is no way I would take any vehicles back to Honest One after this ordeal - wanting to charge for things that did not need to be done and then missing what would need to be done at a later time.
Great service! Appt times available when I needed to go after the holiday weekend. Repeat customer. Appreciate their timelines and getting the job done right every time. Nate is fantastic and a genuinely caring individual and Marty is extremely knowledgeable! Will recommend to friends!
Honest 1 makes you create an appointment online. That’s cool. The problem is….. you make the appointment and submit all info about your vehicle INCLUDING the VIN days before and when you get there, you sit in their waiting room for a half hour before someone tells you that they don’t have a filter for your vehicle. Ultimately wasting your time. They wanted me to reschedule but I went somewhere else. Later in the year, I gave them a second chance. I scheduled my appointment for 8 AM on a Saturday days before I show up there at 7:45 and see that they open at 8 AM. The employees that work in the shop arrive early before 8 AM but do not have keys to the building. One of the employees comes up to me and tells me that the big boss man is running a few minutes late. 8:15 AM arrives and he’s still not there. I left and went somewhere else. Ultimately wasting my time again. I will never come back to this place. Also, I have inquired a quote on some work on my car before and they were double the price than what I found at Ryan’s automotive in Gresham, Oregon
Just leaving this review because they emailed me and said they missed my 2011 Nissan Sentra, which I recently sold. I'm sorry, I'm not breaking up with your Honest One. It's just that, I bought a Toyota.... with Toyota care, so I'll being seeing a Toyota dealership. However, you'll still be my side mechanic, I'll still visit, it'll just have to be super discrete, you know, so I don't void a warranty. Also, all the 4 to 5 star reviews are legit, I've been taking my vehicles to this shop for almost 5 years, I love this place they are awesome and do good work. For the people with the 1 to 3 star reviews. Your poor and stupid. Vehicles cost money to fix, just because you'd rather buy cigarettes and beer over paying 2,000 bucks to fix your car doesn't make it honest 1s problem. Throwing shade at the people that keep vehicles running is stupid. Your the same type of person that pays 14% on an auto loan and brags about getting a "good deal" to your friends, while paying 1,300 bucks a month for your honda fit. Best wishes, Scorpion
