I came here and got great customer service from Art and the Team. Me and my fiancé always go to this Les Schwab location to get all of our car issues fixed. The service is fast, the prices are fair and the Team is great. If you want reliable service, a patched tire (like me) and r any other car needs you need to come here!
My brakes failed on Sunday on the way to church. I left my car in the Les Schwab parking lot close to my home and made an online appointment for Monday morning.When I arrived, I was greeted and treated with kindness and respect by your very professional employees. They checked the car and yup, the rear brakes were a mess and needed to be replaced. I returned later that day and paid a very reasonable amount for their wonderful service. I chose Les Schwab due to their stellar reputation and excellent prior work they have done on our vehicles. THANK YOU!
I had a great visit to this location thanks to the manager Landon and the whole team. Landon greeted me with a friendly hello when I walked in and helped me with tires for my work van. He called in and got the Enterprise approval and called me immediately letting me know he had the tires in stock and even offering me a ride back to work ! He asked about how many vehicles we have and also wondered about my personal car! I assured him his location would get all of our business! Great guy and great service from Landon . Had an issue 40 mins before close, Landon and his team diagnosed the problem as a bolt in front left tire, removed it and got me on my way. I have used this Les Schwab for as long as I can remember, at least for 4 different cars over the years. I've never encountered an employee that wasnt customer first. Thank you for your great service to our community!
I went here a couple weeks ago and was thoroughly impressed! I brought my poor car in needing tires and I went in and talked with a young man named JT who was very sweet! He walked me through the tire options available, and had very impressive knowledge of the details in the tread design and why certain ones performed better , I was very appreciative of how much he wanted to ensure I did not feel pressured into a decision or a certain option, we went with the all weather option since it seemed to suit our northwestern weather and after driving on them since I’m very impressed! After the tires were installed they told me the status of my suspension and brakes and said my brakes were getting low but I did not have to replace them yet. I would highly recommend going here, every staff member I interacted with was kind as can be and all of them are confident and knowledgeable, truly a display of old fashioned customer service and how a well run company can make you feel so much more at ease
