Horrible service. Over charged & didn't even put window washer fluid in it during an oil change.

Horrible customer service. I’ve been here before in the past multiple times. I’ve loved this location and have never had an issue till today. 2 employees were very rude. When I pulled up it was empty. The guy seemed annoyed when he came out. I let him know I was here for an oil change. When asked which one I couldn’t remember and said oh, it should be on my account from last time I think! They told me that they had no history of me, and my vehicle and when they scanned my car gave me weird information. They said I never been here at all, and the last time this car was serviced was at 41k miles elsewhere. When I told him, I was just here a few months ago he was yelling at me saying, well Idk what to tell you! I asked well is there anyone you could search me up and he didn’t wanna hear it and ignored me. If the guy underneath hadn’t have touched my car I would’ve walked out. The guy who rung me up told me my cab filter looked great and showed me to which I responded yeah, because I was just here a few months ago and replaced it! They didn’t want to believe me at all and when I was describing the last guy who helped me, and how great he was! the guy ringing me up goes Doesn’t sound like anyone who’s ever worked here. The waiting area was dirty and smelled. I loved coming here as it’s right by my house and have never had an issue. Idk if that guy was having a bad day but after that I’m good. I’ll go up the road to Sherwood. You don’t need to be rude & yell.

I stopped by the Jiffy Lube on Highway 99 today to have my oil and tires checked, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I pulled in, everything was smooth, efficient, and professional. I was helped by William, and he truly went above and beyond. He was professional, kind, friendly, and took the time to clearly explain what was being checked and why. There was absolutely no pressure—just straightforward, honest service, which I really appreciate. William made the entire process feel easy and stress-free, and his positive attitude genuinely stood out. One of the things I love most about this location is how convenient it is that you can stay in your car while the work is being done. I had my dog with me, which made this especially important, and it was such a relief not to have to juggle waiting areas or worry about him at all. The whole visit was truly easy in and easy out. The facility itself was clean, well-organized, and clearly run by a team that takes pride in what they do. Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous, and the efficiency of the team was impressive without ever feeling rushed. Overall, this Jiffy Lube location delivers exactly what you hope for—excellent customer service, efficiency, professionalism, and peace of mind. William’s care and attention made a routine stop feel genuinely positive. I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend the Jiffy Lube on Highway 99 to anyone looking for reliable, friendly, and top-notch service.

Went to vavoline first, they said they couldn’t get my oil filter off. It was very stressful and they sent me away to go find somewhere who could. Well, I did just that and everyone at Jiffy Lube was so nice, treated me with respect and talked to me like I was a human. 100% recommend. I won’t be getting my oil changed anywhere but this location in the future!

A very satisfied experience. On arrival we were immediately greeted by Max who was friendly and courteous. Went in for an oil change only but was recommended to change the air filter as well which I agreed (really dirty). The gentleman checking me in was not pushy trying to upsale at all. Went in on a Saturday around 1 p.m. on Memorial day weekend expecting to be there for a good while but after 45 minutes I was on my way. There was about 3 customers ahead of me. Everybody was working efficiently. The rest of the staff was also great. There is a small waiting area with coffee available as well as a restroom, t.v. and mags to pass time. Just moved from California and Jiffy Lube was my place of choice for years, hesitated going here since some of the reviews had mixed feelings. So glad I came, I found a new home for my car care. This place deserves a second chance for anybody that has had second thoughts.
