I will say, I am the type to avoid dealership maintenance at all costs but bringing my car here and walking out with an excellent experience will have me coming back to be taken care of as long as I live in Portland and drive a Kia. Erin Wilson is an angel! Its so refreshing being helped by a woman in the service department. She was very communicative, helpful and informative in all issues that had come up with my car and communicating efficiently with my insurance company as well. I am so grateful for her patience with the claim process, and know as long as she’s working at this kia dealership you will be taken care of!

Kia of Portland helped me find the best used car for me! Imran Hassan in sales help me compare features of several options. Online we even looked at used cars at other dealerships. It was no pressure and informative. Chris Ward in finance helped us leave with the car I found even though the bank was closed for a holiday weekend. Nate Patton, Sales Manager, helped me adjust our deal so that everything I wanted was included. I would be happy to work with them again.

My husband and I had a positive experience here! Our go-to person was Shiloh Day! Give that man a raise!! He was so amazing! No pressure! If you come here insist on seeing Shiloh! Second person is Chris Ward! Another great guy to work with! He worked with us on the finance side and again, very personable and easy to work with!
