Flat Roof LLC is awesome! We had a leak in a complicated flat roof, patio, brick and mortar, etc. situation that they were able to assess and address the same day I called them, which was incredible. They are very friendly, professional, and ethical. I cannot recommend this company enough - five stars isn't enough!

I had a leak start on my low pitch roof the day before Thanksgiving and called numerous places to come take a look. Mark was instantly chill on the phone (even though it was 5pm the day before Thanksgiving) which lowered my stress level. Although he initially was inline with all the other places (and what I expected being a holiday weekend) scheduling a time the following Monday, he said there was a possibility someone could take a look on Friday. He also set my mind at ease about what to do in the meantime with an honest assessment based on my issue. I got a call on Friday from David saying he was in Portland for another job and could take a look. They showed up and were able to explain the issue by showing photos, which was so helpful. Since it was a few minor fixes they stayed and took care of them without hesitation, were great at communicating what they were going to do and afterwards walked me through the reasoning of the fix, which I appreciated. Both were super kind and professional. I will be calling them again for a maintenance inspection for my membrane roof!

I was very pleased with this company. I contacted Alex looking to match a roof for the addition to our existing. He came out the same day and had a thorough, photographed and highly detailed estimate to me the same day. This estimate was so easy to understand and straightforward, and the use of pictures while we discussed the scope was so professional and helpful. I was in a race with bad weather on the horizon, and Alex made our job a priority, getting out in time to protect our home before the rain and snow. Communication with Alex was immediate. I felt that he truly cared about our situation and went above and beyond. His crew is highly skilled, clean, and hard working. The job was closed with a portfolio documenting the job with pictures from start to finish. This was most impressive and above my expectations. I am beyond grateful that I found Alex and his company and I would highly recommend this company for any and all flat roof needs. BRAVO!

Hired FlatRoof LLC company to do membrane on our decks and balconies on an apartment complex. Very satisfied with final product and it was a very good solution in occupied by tenants apartments. Flat roof guys were able to install membrane and foot traffic was allowed same day/hour.
