I ordered a window motor for my truck 2005 went there to pick it up and it was for a 2004 F250 Diesel I am glad I double-checked it before I left the parking lot please keep your fingers crossed I get reimbursed cuz I will not be buying from them again my neighbor even had problems with them he ordered a sunroof and all the parts all he received was the sunroof and no parts and still has not been reimbursed. I told the gentleman on the phone three times what I needed. He repeated it and I still got the wrong stuff. If I could give them a zero star I would

Not good exsperiance at all. They gave me a broken power steering pump, and then we I tried to exchange it they tried to give me a different part all together. Now I have to wait for another 2 days for another one to come from Washington, and that's if they can get it right this time. We finally just asked for a refund. Its not always like this. Its a hit or miss kinda deal.
The wait times here are just plain stupid. Bring lunch with you or maybe even dinner. Perhaps there understaffed? Spent 25 minutes here yesterday to find out my part wasn't even ready. Today I call first to make sure it was here and I've been here 20-25 minutes today waiting my turn in the line. That's why I was able to write this review..
I ordere a core support through LKQ, the lady from corporate which assisted me in the purchasing stage of this transaction was very helpful, the system after that was terrible. They were suppose to call me when the part was ready for pick up and only when I called a week later they said it was ready. Fast forward to when I pick the part up they send me to the wrong location 20 minutes away in traffic, after getting to the right place it took an hour of waiting in line to get my part because the people helping at the window are the same people that then have to go look for your part and bring it to you, which holds the line up. There needs to be a quicker process, I will order online through someone else next time to avoid the hassle of keeping business local.
