John at kaizen and his brother have worked on my car and several of my friend’s cars. They do a fantastic job and that’s why I keep coming back. I highly recommend them for whatever needs to be done. They have fixed everything from an oil pump to as simple as a spark plug. If you’re looking for a mechanic or just a glass repair you have found the right place.
Danny is the man!! I had my car window shattered by a thief the night before and was scrambling the next day looking for anyone in Portland to fix my window before my work trip. He was so gracious and efficient with getting my car fixed! I called at 9:30am, he said he had an opening at 11am and he was DONE all before 1pm!! Nothing but gold stars!! I will be back if thieves bash my window(s) again!

Safe-lite did a pretty bad job and I stopped by this place instead. They did an awesome job, and swapped my windshield wipers too. I enjoyed my little snack and a netflix show in their office while waiting. Found out that they also do repair and maintenance work, which I’ll come back for.
There’s a little unknown secret that many people don’t know about this company. Not only do they provide windshield repair/replacement, but they also provide mechanical services. I was looking online to get pricing to upgrading my disc brakes on my truck and was pleasantly surprised to find this company. When I spoke with John, he was very thorough and thoughtful with the specific parts that I wanted installed. His quote was very reasonable compared to the other shops who quoted a much higher price. The quality and workmanship were outstanding! If you’re looking to have your windshield repair/replaced, you may want to also check with them for maintenance repairs. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!
