I received excellent service from Audi Service Portland. Chad, the service advisor, provided outstanding customer service by communicating clearly with me and responding to my messages in a timely manner. He kept me updated throughout the entire repair process and made sure I always knew the status of my vehicle. Maxx, the technician who worked on my car, did excellent work and completed the repairs efficiently and professionally. I have lived in many states and have visited many Audi service centers over the years, but my experience with Audi Service Portland has been the best by far. They are number one in my book!

Two weeks ago, my Audi e-tron had an issue where the charging cable got stuck and wouldn’t release. I contacted the Audi service center in the Portland area and was assisted by Libby. She was incredibly warm and attentive, kindly slowing down her speech and repeating explanations since she knew English isn’t my first language. She also kept me updated regularly via messages. Today, I finally picked up my car—everything was fixed perfectly, and it was even cleaned spotlessly. Thank you to all the staff at Audi Portland—I truly appreciate your excellent service and will recommend you to everyone!

Portland service has always been a charm to go to. Not only did Ivan help me with a free oil change due to an information mixup but when I picked up Quinzel (my q5) they had vacuumed almost ALL the dog hair out. Hear me when I say that was a complete shock considering the amount of hair from my 4, yes 4 fur kids that was in it dropped off. Thank you Allison for being so great and helping me with rescheduling and just overall great service. I looked forward to seeing you next year. Cheers

We've purchased 7 vehicles from Audi Beaverton over the past 25+ years, and a big reason for the return business is the great service we receive at their east side Portland service center. The level of customer service here is first-class, and entire team here has always been a pleasure to work with. Whether you need a loaner on short notice, or need your car back in a hurry they always accomodate. Thanks guys!

Adrian was amazing. I always have an amazing experience there and I thought the first person I was using Andrew was my epitome of Customer Service but Adrian was wonderful and almost if I had to pick I would say Adrian surpassed Andrew although they’re both excellent Adrian was very wonderful with my dog Who I had with me . But aside from just liking him in general on his Customer Service level, which was excellent to describe that he was knowledgeable timely. I felt like he had My best interest at heart the entire time my car was in and out and complete in our time as promised. No one had my tires except for these guys the entire town nobody immediately I had an appointment the next morning when my knee Rose for new tires because of unsafe bulge in one of them that I was driving I’ll never go any place else
