I stopped into Jiffy Lube the other day, and while it cost more than I expected, my car got an important and thorough going-over. There are many more things a car needs than oil and gas. There are a number of filters, tire inspections, brake checks and more. I can be certain that my car will operate efficiently and safely for months. Thanks, JL!
Attention: stop calling around for pricing and scheduling, if you’re in the area of this Jiffy Lube you can’t find better prices. Not only is it affordable but Larry without asking applied the biggest coupon he could get $27 worth. When you pull in its setup like a drive thru, you pull in and they ask you to check all your lights front and back, so you don’t get pulled over for a tail light you didn’t realize was even out. After calling around at other places for over an hour, it was Larry that answered my call, he was super friendly and invited me over immediate without checking how many jobs he currently has or what the wait time would be, he simply had me pull up and immediately got to work. It took about 30 minutes for a full service oil change + tire rotation + coolant refill. You’re in and out of there before you even realized what happened. Exactly what I needed. 10/10 experience and I will not be going anywhere else. Hands down THIS Jiffy Lube is where you need to go. Larry, thanks again for everything.
These guys are fast, friendly and efficient. They addressed all of my issues and quickly replaced a few parts while completing my oil change. Kudos!!!
Not happy with the service. Kaleb O, the individual who helped me was not friendly and was very rude to the staff he was managing. He disagreed with them about whether my car was four wheel drive and has a front and rear differential, saying that my car was 2 wheel drive. It is not, it is 4 wheel drive. He also told me that my rear differential was bad even though I personally just did it 1 month ago. He also told me I had a leak in my radiator cap, which I don’t believe, but I changed it anyway because it was only $15. I do most of my own work on my car myself to save money, but got an oil change done today to save time. I find it extremely irritating that I was told I needed to fix things and there were problems with my car when I know there are not. Even if the things they were suggesting were true, they were minor and not emergencies, and certainly not worth the prices they charge to fix. However, my dissatisfaction with the service today lies in the unfriendliness, lack of knowledge, and rude behavior towards staff members. If I worked at that Jiffy Lube I would want to quit. The next oil change I get will be somewhere else.
Would select 0 stars if I could. These people are crooks. Tried to tell me that my radiator fluid was completely empty and that I needed service. Total BS! If my radiator fluid was empty my car would have let me know and it would have overheated and seized up. I immediately took it to my mechanic who verified that it was completely full and no leaks were present. Avoid this store. They’re liars and cannot be trusted.
