I can’t recommend this mechanic shop enough. Honest, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable. Russ is hands down the best mechanic I’ve ever dealt with. Not only did he fix my car quickly, but he was honest and upfront about everything. No pressure, no upselling — just solid, trustworthy work. You can tell he actually cares about his customers. I left feeling relieved and grateful. Highly, highly recommend! I had a great experience at this shop! Jay was the one who helped me, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I found exactly what I needed. He answered all my questions with patience and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back. After searching for the best price in the area Japanese auto had the best quote. The new management is great, especially Jay he was very helpful. I got my transmission replaced and oil change done in a timely manner and my car is running amazing. Thank you so much !

My wife’s 2015 Toyota Prius AC would works and the randomly not work, called up Japanese auto services to see how much a AC recharge/inspection would cost, spoke to Ross, was quoted $60. Cake there, took about 20min and Ross had the AC recharged and fixed, found out that it was overfilled on Freon, emptied it out, refilled it from scratch. AC is good as new now! Will definitely recommend and come back! (Also not sure why there are so many negative reviews… but my experience with them was super nice, professional, and fast, don’t be afraid and give them a visit, won’t regret it)
