I was initially very skeptical, especially after reading so many, negative reviews… also this was my insurance’s - suggested shop, so I felt somewhat, more inclined to trust them. After already being involved in a very inconvenient collision and stressful situation to begin with; I was beginning to have major doubts. After the lack of communication, excuses I was being told about the estimated timeframe and unexpected delays. I learned that the person who was in charge of communicating with me, was also leaving the company during this process… Then my entire experience with classic collision really shifted, when all of my frustrations and concern was mediated. They really went above and beyond to assure me that, that persons behavior, did not reflect the professionalism of the shop. After finally getting my truck back, the work they had done, looked almost as if the accident had never happened. And after I had spotted a few very minor issues, I had stopped by the next day, later in the afternoon. Guillermo immediately got the last issues I had addressed, and sent my truck into the back to get fixed. The alignment was slightly off, and he had immediately set up the service with a third party, which would take a few hours to be done. They also offered to drive me to my house, so I didn’t have to wait, and they came to pick me up when my car was completed. As inconvenient as some of the initial issues were, I’m very grateful for the time they took to assure me that I had nothing to worry about and I am very pleased with the repair work they did.
