Sam really helped me out with figuring out the logistics and pricing for the lift (Titan Swap) on my truck. They were able to match what other shops wanted to charge, which was very reasonable in my opinion. All in all, the customer service was not only excellent, but the installation process was superb and my truck drives much better thanks to them. I highly recommend these guys if you are in the beaverton area. I will continue to do business with them in the future.

If you haven’t been to Iron Rigs in Beaverton, then you should. Best in class people, service and experience. Ironman suspension is best in class and installation of various off-road parts and accessories for my rig has been unmatched when compared to others. They do special projects and various welding and have solved several issues with my Tundra. I am impressed with the amazing talent and quality of work. Always timely and consistent for the past several years.

This is my second review and I deleted my first one thinking they were going to make things right. Boy was I wrong.. Long story short. I had them install Total Chaos lower control arms. They messed it up. Ordered me a new set..(which is when I deleted my old review) they installed the new arms for me. Didn't install the grease fitting all the way with the thread showing.. causing it to break off. The control arms were not handled with care the first time casuing multiple spots of coating/paint damage. During this this. They did alignment for me 3 times Total. And during these alignments they bent multiple of my cam tabs for. I have been quoted for $1400 to get new ones welded on. The last alignments they did for my was terrible and crooked. I will include pictures. Idk how they can even make this right. Edit: 12-10-2025: Not sure why I can't reply to the shops reply but alignment and damaged control arms aside, 0 accountability on flattening my cam tabs. The shop is took my car to for fixing almost this also informed me that the previous shop cross threaded the driverside knuckle bolt. I can upload written document by them. If you really stand by correcting your mistake you will pay for my welded on cam tabs and a new knuckle. Then I can consider removing this review.

Exceptional. I work in the aerospace industry and wish I could steal the professionalism from Iron Rigs and install them across my company. It starts with Jim who coached me on the correct tire size for my new Tacoma. Athena drafted the first quote and we iterated on it about five times. Sam picked me up from the rental car location after my rig was done. Five stars, no notes.

I’ve been using iron rigs for a few years now, Jim has been great consistently helpful and on target. Kevin and the team are great also, just an update to my earlier review as the guys have done additional work on my truck. They continue to consistently provide great service and now representing Iron Man have honored warranty Great service on the truck. It’s nice for me as they now know the truck remember it and obviously appreciate the return customer. I’ll keep coming back.
