Absolutely the best!!! Pretty much perfect communication from Noah throughout the entire process. The receptionist was extremely helpful with getting me on the schedule and always welcoming upon arrival. The repairs and craftsmanship are also top notch. Gerber Collision works with GEICO which made things so much easier. Highly recommend!!!
Don't trust this place! They give you one quote and the insurance company cashes you out a different amount straight shady business practice. Oh we give the insurance company's discounts oh good to know.
I originally gave them 5 stars but after receiving the car back, my son informed me he had inadvertently left his wallet inside. When he went to retrieve his wallet, everything was missing: his driver's license, student ID, credit card, and cash. I'm extremely disappointed that a shop with their reputation would do this to a child.
Oh my goodness, I was in a bind and not at fault of an accident and set to move out of state. What to do??? Needles to say, time was of the essence . Insurance had me to go to Gerber Collection &Glass. Once there, I was told my car was unsafe to drive! Noah to the rescue. He was amazing! Not only did he met the challenge, but he did it with understanding, compassion and with kindess. Don't get me wrong, it was the whole staff that were kind as well. The work was done and everything was expanded. It all made me feel not only understood, appreciated and welcomed. I highly recommend Gerber Collection &Glass. If there ever was a need, I'd send them to Gerber Collection & Glass hands down with conference, that all would be taken care of, down to them being on the ready for getting you a rental car. Wife picked up her car from Gerber on the 4th after over a month at their shop. Upon inspection found numerous defects in their workmanship. Trim that doesn't sit flush , d.a scratches showing through paintwork, dirt in the paint, dry texture in the clear coat, scratched and dented trim, gouges in plastic trim around the body , double sided tape peeling away from panels. Dents that didn't exist prior to them working on it, misaligned hood, weatherstripping falling off. Every door speaker grille has sanding residue all over them, perforated panels in the interior are plugged with residue. Steering wheel,dash and interior vents are covered the residue also. Work this poor doesn't just happen, it takes real effort to be this bad.
