I had a very bad experience at El Rubio Auto Shop. I was charged $550 for a repair that was either completely misdiagnosed or never performed, because the original issue was never fixed. Even worse, they refused to give me an invoice or any paperwork showing what I was paying for. When I asked for a refund for the unresolved issue, they refused that as well. No legitimate shop should take payment without providing documentation or proof of the work done. This place was unprofessional, lacked transparency, and left me feeling taken advantage of. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.

I've been dealing with Rubio a long time. He has always been very honest about repairs, and his prices can not be beat. Excellent mechanic!!!

Thank you Rubio for an awesome job on my truck you fix my Driveline perfectly I think you're Fair honest and know what you're doing and that's all that matters now you might be a little rough around the edges but at the end of the day you got the job done my truck runs fine goes down the road without shaking or vibrating and it was inexpensive Plus I was able to take some of the parts back and get my money back so I would recommend Rubio Automotive any day of the week to my friends did such an awesome job

They fixed my car up so nicely! I was having over-heating problems and they figured it out for me and I am ever so grateful! the atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming; I knew my car was in good hands once I pulled up! They did a full tune up for super cheap too, thank you Rubios!

Rubio's is reliable, affordable, and quick! They're always honest about how long it will take, how much it will cost, and they give honest opinions on how to best approach issues with your vehicle. I don't go anywhere else!
