My car came in after the back was hit, and it came out of East Canyon Auto shop looking brand new and spotless. The repair work was excellent, and the whole experience was smooth and professional. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely bring my car back again if I ever need another repair.
My experience with east canyon auto collision was great! Hau was super helpful, transparent and honest. My car looks absolutely amazing and would not take my car anywhere else! Would recommend!
I had an excellent experience with East Canyon Auto Body Collision! Their service was outstanding and the prices were very reasonable. I actually drove my car all the way from Corvallis to Portland to have it fixed here, and it was absolutely worth it. Uncle Hau was friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the repair process. They even went above and beyond by checking my car’s fluids and making sure the air conditioning was working well—completely complimentary! My car looks and runs great now. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing quality auto body work and honest service!
I called Hau to see if they can fix my driver door mirror. It’s tilting really bad. He immediately started passing blame on the dealership and said the mirror on my car is cheap and not worth fixing. In regards to it not being worth fixing that’s not up to you. Apparently it’s worth it to me that’s why I am asking for a quote to get it fixed. Who wants to be driving around with a tilting mirror that can fall off any day now. Also the mirror has the blind spot light on it, which is really helpful when driving. Its my car and its important that its maintained if you want to be lazy and not fix it than just say that. He made nothing but rude remarks about my car. I needed some slight paint correction I went to him and he said it’s not worth it and advised me to get a different car and I had just bought it. I took it to AAD detailing(see my review on there page if needed, pics included. All it needed was clay bar, buffing and the guy added a clear coat. East Canyon is a good place over all but good luck getting them to fix anything, especially without passing negative judgement.
