Everyone at Crash Champions was very helpful from start to finish. Very organized and efficient throughout the entire process. They did an amazing job getting my car patched up, and it was spotless when I got it back. I'd highly recommend these guys to anybody whose car needs work done. Thanks again!

More reviews on GoogleMy Ioniq 5 AWD went over a parking lot divider. After a bunch of quotes from auto body shops I brought my car to Crash Champions. I opted to receive weekly updates from our rep, Michael. The first week, he said they are working hard on repairs. The second week, he said the repairs went well and the car is in the paint shot. The third week, he said the car looks great and is going through Quality Control. The fourth week, he said the sub frame is installed. What? I thought it was already in the paint shot. The following week I was told that that main battery needs to be replaced. What? It took 4 weeks to determine the main battery is damages. So I think Michael just lied about the status of the car. I called Michael and could got get any firm estimates how long it would take. Michael said he is waiting for the insurance company to decide on the battery repair. I called the insurance company and explained the situation only for the insurance company to say they have no idea about the battery. I called the next week and the insurance said the vehicle will be ready for pick up in 7-10 days?! Cleary that is another lie. That did not happen and I waited another month for Michael to tell me that all the info has been submitted to the insurance company. Well, that was not the case and when I again spoke with insurance folks they said the paperwork was not submitted correctly for them to process a total loss. Anyways, I trust State Farm more than Crash Champions, so I think that Michael at Crash Champions dragged his feet for probably 2 months. What a terrible experience! This is after I had to hound Michael to produce an estimate for the repairs. BTW, Irene was great. Irene, please go to a different company that actually cares about its customers.
The repair quality was excellent. They kept me updated, answered my questions, and made the whole process way less stressful. Tesla Insurance dragged things out, but Crash Champions stayed on top of everything the entire time. My car looks great and the work was done right. I really appreciated their professionalism and consistency.
The service here was excellent from start to finish. I was taken care of from day one and the whole process was smooth and hassle free. This body shop is Tesla approved which gave me extra peace of mind and it was great that our insurance company worked directly with them. The rental car process was super easy too since the rental car guy brought the car right to us and we were on our way in no time. The quality of the work was amazing and it was finished even sooner than expected. I highly recommend this shop to any Tesla owner.
The stress with this company holy shit! Michael was my point of contact at this location in Tigard. No punctuality at all 0/10. Like seriously they keep jerking you around back and forth, Michael said he’ll do the estimate this day, that day then put it off to another week, for 2 months. I can’t stress enough about the amount of phone calls I made to the customer service. After 2 months he finally did what’s called a preliminary estimate pretty much just walked around the car to note down the damage that could have been done in 10 minutes. Not only that, he told me that my car has to be totaled and would costs more to fix. I was in disbelief I called my insurance and they said it is not going to be totaled the under writer came out with a cost estimate. They finally send the car to Tesla service center for battery replacement over two months later of sitting under the rain. It was fixed in a week and a half, it could be done literally the first 2 weeks when it got there. Their false promises on having parts in stock, time on repair and I always clarify again and again asking for ETA. They just can’t give me not once after failing to deliver 20 times. The only disappointing part was they set an expectation high but with lack of communication and time management that these people have with lack of professionalism.
