Received a cold call from someone marketing for this company. I politely let their person know we were happy with who we had. I had to go through three more "buts" and continued 'no thank you" before your marketing person ended the call. This does not promote your business well. I am now even less inclined to consider your services in the future as the person I was talking to, either wasn't listening to me, or is forced to keep pushing for an appointment regardless of what I said.

My firm has used CloudMinders as their exclusive IT provider for the past 2 years. They are incredible. Whenever I have had an issue with my hardware or connectivity they are on it immediately. You always get a live person when you call and things are taken care of right away/correctly so you can get back to work. Being a millennial you would think I'd have a better grasp on this stuff, but I don't. They have been a lifesaver multiple times and I would highly recommend them.

After experiencing a computer crash, Jeremy and Evan immediately went to work on resolving our issue. While a new hard drive was required, they recovered our data, reinstalled our programs, and got us back in business in record time. They provided both expertise and peace of mind. Great job!
