I had a wonderful experience at this location. The banker was very kind, professional, and provided excellent service. I truly appreciate the assistance and will definitely return next time. Highly recommended for anyone looking for friendly and reliable service.
I came to cash my Chase check, and they wouldn't cash it because it's too much money, 6k. How can I cash a check? It's from your company, Chase, and they wanted me to open an account. Wow, now I have to go to my bank to cash it and they'll charge me a fee... very bad.
ATM doesn't work
Every time I come in here, the employees seem startled to have a client come in. Also, I have never ever gotten my issues resolved at this branch. They have turned me away to work with other branches. Chase overall has been a major disappointment but the se 11th ave location is the worst.
Very clean, staff was really helpful and nice.
