Had someone back into my driver side rear 2024 Nissan Frontier. Caliber was able to fix dent without replacing door. Paint blending looks flawless, and thats saying something because I work with a painter and I know how to spot color differences. I cannot see the blending, which is fantastic. They also worked closely with Enterprise rental agency, making a courtesy vehicle option seamless. The courtesy vehicle was at the shop waiting for me and I was able to leave it there when getting my truck back for convenience.

Not only was Caliber Collision able to complete our repairs weeks before originally estimated, the staff was very friendly and communicated very well on costs and procedures. We received constant updates throughout the process. They seemed very proud of the work they completed and we'd recommend them to our family and friends.

E350 2010 mercades benz 88, 000 miles. Got hit by trimet bus on the side hip. Tricky area to fix. Jason and his team at Caliber were able to get my baby fixed with out the insurance totaling it out. Great team great mechanics recommend every time

Jason was amazing from start to finish! My car was ready in two days, and they even went out of their way to try to speed things up so I’d have it back in time for an upcoming trip. The car looks fantastic, they returned it sparkling inside and out. The entire experience was seamless. Highly recommend!

Great repair shop after my truck was in accident. Clear communication from the beginning and throughout the repair process. I had gone to one other shop that was recommended by insurance but felt very uneasy as they were minimizing the extent of the damage and probably would have just (try to snap my bumper in place and move some metal) so happy I got a second opinion with caliber and they made me feel like my truck was gonna get fixed back to the way it should be. The extra good feeling was when I picked up my truck and the interior was cleaned and the truck was washed. Small detail of customer service but it sure made a good impression.Thank you Isabella and the kind shop manager and team for making this and great experience.
