Excellent customer service! I came in looking for a 6 volt battery for an old dirt bike and I have little to no experience with parts etc. Employee at the counter was able to assure me that the product I ordered online is exactly what I needed and told me how to install. Pick up was available within an hour! Quick, simple, informative, and close by. Can’t beat this place!
Outstanding customer service! While it took 3 visits to get my phone battery issue resolved, each time I worked with an equally friendly, professional, and courteous person. They went above and beyond to get my kid’s phone going and I am very grateful. Would absolutely recommend for all your battery needs 👍
Instead of ordering mail order from the Evil Empire™, I was able to order from Batteries Plus and support a local retailer. I saved on mailing fees and the obscure batteries that I wanted were immediately available. The service personnel at the store were very prompt and efficient and I was in and out in less than two minutes.
Hay Everyone I have to tell you I have a good friend she is legally blind so I set her phone to talk right well No it was horrible we couldn't do anything and she really needs her phone so she can communicate with all most vidal to her success even her groceries I had tried for 2 days to get it Turned off Talk Nothing would work I pulled into Batteries Plus thinking it was phone place too Well It's Not But did you know Those incredible Men in their worked so hard it took 2 of them but they worked so hard half hr & Grace of God they got it OFF WOW I didn't have money to tip them at least but they were just truly best men ever they never gave up & just helped me in desperate need of help they are so smart too so I just really hoped everyone can know how wonderful and kind, patient group of heroes to me so anything You need they will help you So thankful to them too
Very helpful and honest. I spoke with Ramon about a repair on my daughter‘s iPad and he didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need. It was very friendly and very helpful, will be coming back to work with him again in the future. Thanks Ramon!
