It’s important to trust your mechanic Doctor and lawyer luckily Avi is a trustworthy auto shop. I’ve been going for years. Tried some others but always came back to Avi and Hip.

I would not recommend. I took car in to have motor checked out for a noise. Heip called me back and said it was the transmission. I paid $2000 to have transmission work done, I get the car back and nothing has changed. It was still making the same noise. He argued with me and told me the noise was normal and it would go away after I drove it. I've had the car for three years and it never made the noise before. I left him the keys and asked him to please look at it again. He called back and said sorry he feels bad and tells me it has something to do with timing chain. He said he was waiting for the part and would call me. a couple weeks go by, I called him and now he's telling me I need a new motor. He misdiagnosed my car twice and I got no refund on the $2000. I paid to have my car fixed and it still is not fixed. I had to have the car towed from his shop to another. I asked him about the $2000 and he argued telling me the transmission was the problem. If it was the problem the car would have been fixed. Now I'm out $2000 and still cant drive my car. Not good business!

Had my car repaired and was given a Guestimat of $1000. Didn't need all the work and was charged less than $500. Received great work and only paid for was was necessary and no more. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Hep is a great mechanic, he really know his stuff and works to get your car in and out. If you have a Chrysler or GMC he knows those like the back of his hand. But I'll trust him with any car because it's fast friendly and does a great job.
