Very unprofessional. Scheduled an appointment and then canceled at the last minute because it was inconvenient to work in a facility clean-room. Communication was only by text message and unprofessional in nature.
The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and had my freezer working fast. I really appreciated the good pricing and honest communication throughout the process. Highly recommend this company for any appliance repair needs!

I've hired them for my ice business I invested in and they will have a beautiful piece of equipment installed where you want it and will fix the one you have. They know what they are doing. These guys are a beast. I have them come out and fix all my refrigeration and freezer needs at my 7-11 locations. The maintenance service is excellent also. They are always professional and will fix your unit without demanding new installation if not necessary
