Xavier's tire shop and suspension

A few months ago, I had a a set of lower and upper control arms installed. All was fine until the night of the install. My outer tie rod came off the vehicle and left me stuck. I called their shop and luckily they got someone to fix it the next morning. However, the fact that it happened in the first place raised many concerns for me. Shortly after my front end suspension began making noise, sounded like it was from the lower control arms that they installed for me. I have called and texted Xavier multiple times to see when he can get me in, but he does NOT answer his phone or texts. He and his employee claim that they have warranty on the work they do, yet he continues to dodge every phone call and text. I do not recommend going to this place. I went to a different automotive shop to get my vehicle looked at because of the noise. And They explained to me that I should go back to the previous place where I got them installed, and have them fix it, and unfortunately the previous place I got them installed was at Xavier’s shop. And now I’m left stuck with a noisy vehicle. Overall the experience has not been great and to this day Xavier refuses to answer my calls or make a schedule with me to fix this issue.

Very friendly and responsive service. I have had two separate instances of nails in tires. Both times I was able to coordinate a time with Xavier and his team and was in and out in less than 15 min. Thank you for the help!

Firestone quoted me $500 for front brakes, which Xavier's did for $320. Everything was done quickly and when some we had some difficulty getting my car out of the shop (Not their fault, someone dropped off a pickup without the keyfob, which made it rather difficult to move), the entire staff jumped on it to move the offending pickup out of the way and help me get out. It's also very conveniently located for me, right in my neighborhood. I will return in the future when I need any more work done on my car. The prices are fair, the work is done quickly and the staff is very helpful.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Super Affordable & Great Service! I recently went to this tire shop and had an amazing experience. I got a set of 35x12.5R20 brand-new mud tires mounted and balanced for just $900, which is an incredible deal for tires that size. The guy running the place was super friendly and helpful the entire time. I also had another set of wheels I needed mounted and balanced, and he only charged me $20 for that service — again, super affordable. I told him I wanted tires with more aggressive sidewall tread, and he showed me a better set. I liked them, and he offered to install them for just $1,000 all-in, which was still way cheaper than anywhere else I looked. On top of that, he: Dismounted old tires from one set of rims Mounted two sets of tires on two different sets of wheels Installed new valve stems Removed and transferred TPMS sensors from one set to the new rims Programmed the sensors to my truck (they'd never been programmed before) All of this for $1,020 total. You really can't beat that price for the amount of work he did. I left feeling like I got a killer deal and solid service. Highly recommend this shop if you're looking for affordable tires, honest pricing, and a guy who knows what he's doing.

I had an amazing experience at Xavier's! I worked with Cueva who was exceptional to work with and very knowledgeable. The crew there is so fast, we spent a total of 1 hour getting new wheels & tires on my Yukon. They are truthful with price and do quality work in a timely manner. I will definitely be coming back to buy my 5th (spare) to match, and would totally recommend these guys to others!
