Absolutely incredible service! I got stuck at a busy intersection with a dead battery, and my insurance company contracted some tow provider that was based almost 3 hours away. After sitting (very close to downtown), for almost 2.5 hours, I got sick of waiting and looked up "dead car battery jump near me" and got White Knight Roadside, LLC. I called, and Jason said he would be there in 15 minutes. He was there in 12. He took 45 seconds, got my battery jumped, gave me information about a new battery (which I knew I needed; I just didn't know what kind), as well as gave me information about getting reimbursed from my insurance company since they completely failed me with their Roadside (lack of) assistance. In less than 5 minutes, he taught me about my car, about my insurance, AND about getting reimbursed, all while still getting me up and going. Hopefully, I'm not in the position to need his services again (in the best way possible, he was incredibly friendly), but if I am, I definitely have his number saved! *Also, Progressive, you suck.

fast service, good, honest guy doing the work. he beat AAA pulling up. he was very knowledgeable, I learned a lot about my car during this. I hit a pothole and it popped my tire. I didn't think my car had a spare, AAA said I'd need to be towed, WA AAA needed to approve an OR AAA tow, so I was on the phone with them for hours. I called Jason, I think he said his name was in between, I googled if my car had a spare and sure enough there was one strapped under my car, AAA asked me if I could remove it from under my car and I couldn't help but laugh, I didn't even know it was there, I don't know how to do that, so after sitting in this random parking lot with a flat for two hours talking to two different AAAs I called White Knight and he was there in 15 minutes and helped me lower the spare, inflate it, and change it out in like 15 minutes. AAA was trying to make me get towed, which they wanted me to pay for out of pocket bc they wouldn't approve it, but Jason got me back on the road with a spare changeout super quickly and was nice to chat with, too. absolutely recommend!!!

A screw hit my rear right and had it flat in few minutes. Jason was polite and was on site in 20 minutes. He had me fixed up for a reasonable price!
