$12 for Unlimited Pinball/games, reasonable prices for drinks, friendly service AND they have Black Knight, X-Men AND Nidhogg! Hell yeah! Didn't get any food so can't speak to that, but damn I love this Pinball-Fueled Watering Hole. 🤘
The reviews speak for themselves, but I figured elaborating on my own experience certainly can't hurt! My friend is a regular at Wedgehead. We've visited a couple of other local places, but after my recent visit here, I'm convinced it's the best and most comfortable place to play pinball in the Portland area. The machines were in phenomenal condition and the variety was perfect. I got to try a lot of new games, and some of my favorites were the 'classic' games that were quite old. They take very good care of their equipment, which isn't something you always see at places like this. Their game room is very clean and has many places to set your drink down without worry of them spilling. The aesthetic is beautiful! It's a comfortable room with lots of great decorations that feels very well put together. LOVE the murals on the walls. I seemed to find something different every time I looked. The dining area has ample and comfortable seating. I didn't get to try the food, but I will update my review when I do. Major props for having clean and private bathrooms as well. I had the Loading Screen mocktail, and it was so good that I ordered a second. I really want to try the other drinks, but good golly, that mocktail is one of the best I've had. Our bartender was very warm and fun to chat with. I got to meet Alan, who is an exemplary business owner that is genuinely friendly and welcoming. It's clear his passion for pinball and good food is the reason their reviews are so high. It's a very well put together place, and the staff is truly what elevates it beyond expectations. The prices, aesthetic, variety of games, cleanliness, easy parking, friendly staff, and reputation for good food are all things designed to make you want to come back, and they have certainly earned my business going forward.
Incredible smash burgers with tons of flavor. Crispy fries. Great drinks. Free all you can play pinball for only $12! Great place to bring a new person.
I got the Wedgehead burger with a house garden patty, which was quite good but not the most flavorful. Fries and other parts of the burger were great. Though as a message to the business, please keep making your own in-house patties instead of beyond/impossible! The atmosphere is amazing, and the bartender was friendly and quick. All you can play pinball for $12 is an added bonus to an already cool spot. You may need to park a walk away but it's worth it.
Amazing place!! So much fun!! Free play all day for $12!!! Delicious and unique food choices at reasonable prices and an incredible nostalgic and hip vibe. Can't believe I waited so long to come back. Won't make that mistake again! $100 spent gets you $10 off next visit. 5 × $100 gets you VIP status. Can't wait to achieve! Another outstanding business NE Portland can be proud of!
