DONT USE THIS COMPANY!. My husband went by at 10:15 am during business hours last Friday. No one was there. He went by the following Monday at 3pm during business hours, open sign was off during business hours. So he called, no answer. Later He was called back, told they would be there the next day (Tuesday) Drove all the way there on Tuesday and no one was there at 3pm. Lost my business!!
Have a 2005 Chevy Sebring and they brought the convertible top and back window back to life for a very reasonable price. Worked late 10pm on a Sunday night to make sure we had by Monday. Dana and crew were knowledgeable and a small business that I’ll refer everyone too
I'm a bit concerned by some of the negativity I've seen in the reviews. Firstly, this is a very small family organization, so if you want a slick powerhouse organization like Les Schwab or Freddies then seek those out. That is not these guys. I met Todd a few years back after a head liner in my old Jeep Grand Cherokee came apart. Probably had something to do with a summer visit to Las Vegas Nevada. The adhesive gave up from the 140 degree heat in the wagon, the fabric draped down, and the foam backer disintegrated. Using my best hand on a stapler job to tack it back in place, I lived with it for more than a year. Then I got lucky and found Todd and his pretty wife. He quoted me a reasonable price for the job. Liner Removal, peel the old coverings, clean up and prep the plastic form, (long hours &nasty work for anyone), obtain modern versions of a 20 year old head liner fabric and foam backer, put it all back together, using top grade adhesives, and then re-install everything. If you think this is an easy buck, then think some more. What Todd's team returned to me was a flawless, impeccable, smooth stretch of beauty that looks possibly even better than the original. This all happened before Covid. Thinkin' maybe summer 2019. So, Thanks,Todd & family, great job. & I'm happy to tell anyone about it.
Love this place! Todd and Dana along with the entire Hill family are amazing. Todd's attention to detail and over 40 years of experience is unmatched by any other shop in town. I highly recommend Pacific Auto Trim!
Took my visors in to get them recovered, after 18 months went back and took my torn apart visors back. Was also told by owner he would recover my seats for a trade, they removed the old covers but never touched after. I will never return to this shop, always excuses why they can't get the job done.
