I couldn't have asked for a better experience purchasing my first house with Tim! Before even starting to look for a property, Tim took time to really get to know me on a personal level and to understand exactly what I was looking for. He makes you feel like the top priority and is on top of everything from start to finish. Always available, and if he can't answer you questions (rare), he gets answers quickly. Mr. Marino was the most excellent realtor! I was nervous to get into the process of selling my home, but Tim made it a low stress experience. He not only showed up with a smile and helping hand, but also an excellent strategy and knowledge of the market. He was very easy to work with and I was informed every step of the way. I like to know all the details, and he was available for my questions, and made sure everything was handled in a timely manner. He was incredibly professional and thorough; he went above and beyond to make the sale of my house a positive experience. I would recommend Mr. Marino to anyone looking for a smooth house sale or purchase; it comes with a personable touch, which is hard to find!

I started out the wild and overwhelming journey of purchasing my first home with a real estate agent who did not have my best interests in mind. Thank goodness I quickly switched to Tim who came recommended from a friend. He was light years better, far more enthusiastic, and anything he wasn't sure about he figured out straight away, and despite it all taking place during a pandemic, Tim was always there, in person, something I did not experience in the pervious agent. Buying a house takes a small village, and I felt a lot more comfortable (and excited!) with Tim by my side. I highly recommend him.
Tim was not only professional in all the important ways (knowledgeable, skillful at negotiating, responsive, timely, etc.), but he was a true joy to be around. His sense of humor, enthusiasm, and empathy helped smooth out any rough edges that crept up in the process of buying a house.
He worked tirelessly to find the right home and negotiate on my behalf, and talked me through any and all questions that came up, no matter how trivial or extensive. Tim has my highest recommendation.
