Full Self Driving is not worth dealing with Tesla service center. Out of Warranty TESLA VALUE $0. You've been warned. Service Center will tap your credit cards and take your first born in payment it's own factory defects. Toyota Rav 4 Prime is the correct purchase. Do not buy used Tesla. Unless you have $20,000 for repairs and a second car.

Although Tesseract’s popularity alternatively rises and falls and rises again, etc., we still enjoy our Tesla Model Y, just as we had enjoyed our Model 3 before that… almost no problems, especially when compared to our ICE gasoline cars. These electrics are SO much better… and the few times we’ve gone in for service, it’s been great.::

Went to several dealerships to get a new car for the wife. The experiences at these were like going to hear about timeshares. Lots of pressure about buying now and not looking elsewhere. Teslas no pressure approach is awesome. And when I was ready to buy, I didn’t have to fight over the typical dealership scams such as paint and fabric protection, theft protection etc. Don’t hesitate to explore this option for a car. Tesla’s value is much better than other EV equivalents.

Purchased a new car, didn’t expect it to be this dirty at delivery appointment. Hope they do better for others. It’s a new location, so they’re probably still figuring out how they want to operate.

Came in for a service check, check in was easy and there was a good waiting area with wifi ,coffee and working area. Clean restrooms too. The work done was properly explained with fair prices and completed earlier then promised. Not your usual service from traditional dealers where they extend wash and vacuum Service of your vehicle- so don’t expect that to happen and this was ok for me. This location makes it easier for households living this side of PDX.
