The customer service is outstanding, the women are all very nice and helpful, five stars in that area. But the clothing itself is lacking, considerably over priced and really, nothing particularly special (except the shoes/boots). Plain and rather dumpy styles. I guess maybe former Californians who have too much $$ to spend mainly shop here?! I can't imagine paying over $200 for a pair of boots, that if I were to get home and decide they aren't comfortable wearing around the house, I am only able to receive a store credit for, not my actual $$ back. BTW, the shoes and boots are the one thing I did find exceptional, but I can purchase high end booties elsewhere for a better price and again, have the option of returning for my money back. It will remain a mystery to me why women find this store so intriguing, I can find more interesting clothing at much more reasonable prices else where.
