Sierra Window Film did a fabulous job of applying privacy frost to several neighbor facing windows in our home. They were prompt and friendly and went above and beyond in making sure everything was done well! I'm considering doing some additional windows!
I really wanted to leave a positive review for Sierra, but unfortunately my experience has left me very disappointed. Early on, Shaun was quick to respond to my questions about installing tinted protective film in one of our interior rooms. Scheduling was easy and the installation process seemed to go smoothly. At first glance, everything looked fine. However, after some time I noticed what appeared to be dust and debris actually trapped between the glass and the film. I reached out to Sierra a few times to address this issue, but it took over a week to get any reply. Eventually, Shaun responded and scheduled some time to come take a look. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication with the date and I wasn’t home when they stopped by. I take responsibility for that mix-up. I immediately reached back out to reschedule and even offered to pay Sierra for their time or proceed with a new project with the understanding that this original issue would be fixed. Since then, I’ve followed up multiple times over the span of weeks—and have received no response at all. I’ve never been outright ghosted by a company before, especially after offering to pay for their time. At this point, I don’t know what else to do other than share my experience. I’ll need to find another installer to both correct the first job and handle any future projects. I had high hopes based on how the process began, but the lack of follow-through and communication has been very disappointing.
The photos do a great job of showing the before and after. In image where Alex is on the ladder the left window is done and right is not. Huge difference! Having had Lasik surgery twice, my eyes are sensitive and I can enjoy my new house now. So thankful to Shaun and his crew of terrific guys. Everyone was wonderful to work with and very fair pricing. A+
Sierra did a fantastic job with my office windows. The work is well done and exactly what I needed. The technician was friendly, courteous, and efficient. Highly recommend.
I hired Sierra to install security/shade film on 6 large display windows on the street level of my home. They were the obvious choice because they're super quick to respond and can usually get out to do the job really quickly. Price was good too. The install team was polite and courteous, and took care to respect our space without making much mess or noise while we worked. In just a few hours we had a whole new look & feel and could finally take advantage of these beautiful windows without all the weirdos looking in. Keep your eyes off my stuff, Steven. I SEE YOU. Anyways, thanks Sierra, we love it!
