The whole team is great but I want to highlight Katie and her amazing customer service. She has always been so kind to me the times I’ve brought my car in. I’ve never felt so well cared for at a mechanic shop, it’s evident she truly cares about people. Any time I’ve brought my car in it gets fixed perfectly. Ive never once had a complaint. It’s so worth every penny when you know your car is in great hands. Driving a safe vehicle is so important and I know you guys do everything you can to achieve that!

Great find for a newcomer to the area! As a technical and particular person, I really wanted to find a business who was transparent, technically savvy about my Nissan and treated customers like friends they want to keep. I found it here. They were thorough, detailed, accommodating and kind. My car was even washed when I picked it up. Classy. Great customer service. Alden shuttled me home and picked me up providing great conversation with such humility that I didn't realize his family owns the place. Totally impressed all around.

AAA+++ to the Mechanic! These guys are professional. If you want a truly honest and transparent auto repair shop look no further then Sherwood Auto Repair. They came through big-time for my son's Audi A5. Throughout the entire process from the start to finish they kept us updated. We couldn't be more pleased with the solid and dependable qualtity work they did for us. Great job! We won't hesitate to tell our friends and family where to go.

I took my 2019 Chevrolet Silverado in to repair the heater and replace some leaking oil cooler lines. They were able to fix everything quickly, and the truck runs perfectly now. This place has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at an auto repair shop. The team took their time explaining everything to me in detail and made sure I understood the work being done. I’ll definitely be a returning customer!
