First of all, they don’t want to do oil changes on lifted trucks because somebody twisted their ankle ridiculous and then On New Year’s Eve at 2 o’clock the boss decided just to close the doors. There’s other games in town don’t waste your time there. They also left the drain plug on one of my cars loose. I think I’m going to stay clear of this business from now on they lost my business. It used to be good but not anymore.
Love that they are fast and affordable. Never try to upsell you on stuff you don’t need. They even let you bring your own oil for them to put into your car! Great place/
My sis recommended this place and I’m so glad she did! Very welcoming team, great customer service, affordable, you get a free carwash + vacuum! There was no wait when I got there, no pushy sales tactic and just gave a heads up & suggested to get an issue with the car checked sometime…but again, wasn’t pushy to sell any other products unless it was necessary. Definitely my new go to for oil changes!
I can’t believe I spent 20 years dreading getting my oil changed down the street at Walmart just to save a few bucks. I’ve been to Scrubby’s twice now and the experience has been incomparably more pleasant. I stayed in my car and it took 20 min tops both times. Today they even fixed my blinker which had been broken despite changing the bulb. Thanks guys!
I currently just moved to the nearby neighborhood and I have been calling everywhere to try to get an appt and get my oil changed on one of my vehicles and they told me come In the will take care of me and they did just that I got here pulled in they got my vehicle right in and out in 15 min oil changed and they looked over my vehicle for me and the price was almost over half less then what everyone else was gonna charge. Oh yes don’t let me forget the employees interpersonal and people skills were amazing great guys I love it and I will be taking my car here and recommending them any and everyone I meet out here.Way to go keep up the great work. Shout out to my host and maintenance person gage he loves his job and made my experience that much even better. Great waiting area also.
