S&j automotive Is the worst automotive shop ever to open and provide business to people. Brought my car back to them three times and they did nothing to it. They are the worst I don't know what else to say except they are the worst
My car was overheating whenever i turned on my ac. I was quoted from other mechanics that it was gonna be north of 2 grand. Took my car here to get it fixed (suggested by family member). My car went in on a sunday, they got it fixed literally next day on monday. Cost was less than a grand. Can’t recommend this shop enough, fixed my car at a respectable price. They have my future business for all my car needs for as long live in area! Thank’s S&J Automotive!
This an HONEST, hard working and reasonably priced mechanic. Scott told me my oil leak was from a head gasket and it would need to be replaced. He later looked at it and said on closer examination, that the oil looked like it had never been run through an engine. I had spilled quite a bit of oil when I topped it off. I wondered where it had gone to. Apparently it had gotten stuck in a channel and had finally worked it's way out. Bottom line no repair bill. He did not even charge me for the labor he invested to diagnose the problem. Scott also replaced the window motor for me. No issues since. So if you want an HONEST mechanic who will not try to take advantage of you Scott is your man. And while his brother Frank, did not work on my car, I have to imagine that he was instilled with same values of honesty and integrity his brother was. I was forced to go to S&J by the dealership I bought my car from. After having dealt with S&J now, I would CHOOSE to go there, even though it is a pretty good trek from Aloha, where I live.
Scott has always done an excellent job with maintenance and repair on our vehicles over the years. Whenever we need emergency work done, he gets the repairs done fast so we can be back on the road in no time. Always up front about cost and pricing is very fair.
I have had Scott work on my vehicles before and since he opened his own business. Scott is thoughtful, professional and his estimates are reliable and as accurate as can be with the information available. If there are questions regarding a repair or miner adjustments those are addressed immediately. As you might guess, I highly recommend S & J Automotive!!
