I located the vehicle I wanted online. The Audi Quattro wagon happened to be at Ron Tonkin Hyundai in Gresham. Since I live in Medford it wasn’t a simple issue of driving in and taking it out for a test drive. I contacted the dealer and asked for details and photos. The manager of online sales immediately responded with an excellent video. I still had a few questions so asked for additional details.. Vlad, one of the sales associates responded with an additional video. I decided that I would purchase the Audi. My wife and I took Amtrak to Portland. Vlad drove from Gresham to the Amtrak station and picked us up (a 40 minute drive each way). Because we arrived in Gresham late in the day Vlad was amazing at pushing every step through as quickly as possible and had us on the road by 6pm for the 5 hour drive home. What we really appreciated was the fact that we weren’t there buying a $60,000 new vehicle but we felt we weren’t treated with the same care and respect as if we were. We have challenging credit, but he worked hard to get us into our perfect vehicle! The entire team was awesome! We left the same day with a 2024 GMC Terrain with the bells and whistles that we personally wanted! Would definitely recommend Dosy and this dealership!
Overall Experience was outstanding. Samantha was a great sales associate walking us through the whole process. The finance manager, dealership manager and all supporting staff were all great. This was one of the best car purchasing experiences that I have ever had. No pressure during the whole process and felt like they all did their best they could do on price and options. Highly recommend this dealership. They treated us like family in wanting what was best for us.
Eric was such a joy to work with. He not only accommodated me to the fullest, he did so with eagerness and professionalism. I had a very pleasant experience working with Trevor Fox and Ian on the purchase of a car. They are delightful individuals who possess extensive knowledge and expertise in their field. My experience was excellent; they listened and worked with me to meet my needs on the car I wanted. We even shared some enjoyable laughter and conversation and the dealership is an overall comfortable environment, but I don't anticipate returning in the future. Before I traded in my vehicle I specifically asked Ian if I could have their techs take out my non factory amplifier. I was told yes with they have to look at it Mon because techs we not in on Sat. So I left. Now im sure they deal with non factory stuff all the time in my head. But for some reason I didn't hear from Ian so I ended up calling back sometime that week to see what's going on with my amplifier. I was once again given the run around I also told Ian I would b happy to take it out myself got the run around spoke to another person that was supposed to call me back the same day got no callback. So I decided to go up to the dealership spoke with Ian and got a bunch of bs. Now I am a repeat customer and this is my 4th car I purchased with them, and I don't like to be lied to just in order to keep my shit. When I could have been told the day of im not getting it back. Ian then told me Im not good with this type of news. Smh I told him ur in the wrong business. So overall they have definitely lost a customer because of this weirdo bs.
