I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I had to file an official complaint against Mona Lisa with her supervisor Deborah, both ladies were cold, unprofessional, and snide. I've been let go from my company and job searching for 4 months, I called asking about an income driven repayment plan and was told they want the full loan amount in 90 days. A threat that in fact, turns out to be untrue. I was considering keeping my funds (almost $20k) with Principle, but after being treated so rudely over the phone by Mona Lisa, I will be rolling my funds over to Fidelity as soon as I can. Awful company, terrible service, avoid them and do not take their 401k loan offer, it is PREDATORY! I will be letting all my friends know.

Incredibly scammy behavior by Terri Sager. Do not trust this person or this branch of the company. Accessed our financial information without consent and then used it to try and pressure us into making changes to our account. Called us from her personal cell number rather than from a company phone. When we asked her to send us what she was offering via email, because again everything she was saying sounded like a scam, she refused but then turned around and sent a vaguely worded email again trying to pressure us into making changes to our account over the phone. Avoid this person!

Kirby Chien is great to work with. He has a excellent understanding of 401k's and how to do business with business owners. I highly recommend working with him. He's fluent in Mandarin too!
