This is the best experience I have had with an auto body shop handse down. From sending in pictures and getting a reasonable quote to the ongoing updates from estimator Theresa to the easiest day-of experience of dropping off my car with Stephanie and getting transport back home and then a drop off at my house....I am floored by the customer service and absolute professionalism of this shop. Did I mention my car looks amazing again!!

More reviews on GoogleI was referred to Precision Body and Paint in Gresham by Gresham Subaru after some body damage, and I’m really glad I went with their recommendation. When I called, they got me in right away. I drove down there and worked with Stephanie and Teresa, and both of them were awesome. They kept me updated, got the teardown done in just a couple of days, and handled everything with my insurance. Even though my vehicle ended up being totaled, they still made the whole experience as painless as it could possibly be. I didn’t get to see their actual repair work, but the way they handled everything on the administrative side, along with their empathy and communication, was honestly a 10 out of 10. Releasing the car to my insurance was super easy too. I came in, signed one thing, and that was it. The level of customer service they showed is rare these days, and I’m really thankful for how simple they made the whole process. Hopefully I won’t need body work again anytime soon, but if I do, I know exactly where I’m going.
I chose Precision Body & Paint over the shops in my insurance’s network because they are Toyota Certified—and I’m beyond grateful that I did. From day one, they fought my insurance on every detail to make sure my car (which I’m the original and only owner of) was repaired properly, according to manufacturer procedures and using only OEM parts. My own insurance wanted to cut corners with used and aftermarket parts, and Precision refused to let that happen. Teresa was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is incredibly knowledgeable, competent, and truly advocates for her customers. She kept me updated throughout the entire process and made sure my car was repaired the right way, even when that meant going back and forth with the insurance company repeatedly. Stephanie at the front desk was also wonderful—always friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. I truly appreciated being provided with a loaner vehicle so I wasn’t left without transportation while the insurance company dragged their feet. That level of care made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. And the repair itself turned out beautifully. The car looks and drives like new, and I love that Precision stands behind their work with a lifetime warranty. Yes, the process took longer because I chose not to go with an in-network shop—but I don’t regret that decision for a second. I know that if I had gone elsewhere, my car would not have been repaired to manufacturer standards, with OEM parts, by such skilled and committed professionals. A car accident is always an inconvenience, but Precision Body & Paint made the experience as smooth and reassuring as it could possibly be. I’m genuinely grateful for them and for my choice to trust them with my car. Highly recommend.
Both Teresa & Stephanie in the office are out going and good at communication. Although the job had some delays and took longer than I would like the repair was really good. I would recommend using this shop and would come back again. I would suggest that upfront you have a conversation regarding time frame for repairs so that you know what to expect. I appreciate the good service & quality repair work, the car looks great 👍
Here’s a punchy version with those added points—still sharp, still credible, and still not ranting: --- **Punchier Review (with added details)** I brought my Corvette to Precision because they specialize in Corvettes. Big mistake. The car sat there for five months with **no progress** while they argued with State Farm, and the communication was almost nonexistent. My contact, Theresa, almost never responded to calls or emails. Weeks—and even months—went by with no updates, no options, and no real project management. I eventually became so frustrated that my dad’s insurance agent had to take over just to get any information. In the end, Precision claimed they “fixed it the only way it could be fixed” and said they covered the extra cost themselves. They also “did me a favor” by waiving the storage fees—which was absurd, considering the only reason the car was sitting there for months was their lack of communication and follow-through. This was my father’s car, and after he passed in March, I hoped to drive it for the summer before selling it. Instead, it spent the entire season sitting in their shop. The repairs look fine, but the customer service was a zero. I left feeling distrustful and completely worn out by the experience. If you value clear communication and timely, transparent work, I strongly recommend taking your car somewhere else.
