Scheduled for diagnosis paid $150 upfront and the tech wanted to take apart the throttlebody to diagnose a misfire on #1 cylinder asked him to test the coil pack and was told there was no way to test it he also tested for vacuum leaks using soapy water. Had to take the vehicle to a regular shop and they found #1/3 coil was bad and was under warranty. Contact the company to get a partial refund but they said no and threatened to have me arrested and charged with fraud if I disputed it with my credit card company( also never received a statement or diagnostic report after the work was done.

Very frustrated! No communication with tech and service desk. Rip off they stole my brake pads for the rear brakes. The tech name Bradley lied to me and took my money! Said he changed my pads and did not! This is disappointing I thought this was an honest company! You must sit their and watch every move they make. Not so honest plus the tech claim he was helping me with a price and to give him cash without the companies knowledge but he really was only looking out for himself! I tried calling the office several times and no answer...

BEWARE!!!! I called to get a trans differential mount done on my jeep. They asked for a photo of the part I had. I sent it to them, and even explained exactly where the mount was in the vehicle. Josh arrived, he is absolutely amazing and the company called to get payment upfront before they would start. After reading the reviews I was a bit sketch but I trusted Josh so I paid. He was told to do the a transmission mount so he spent an hour with the vehicle and then figured out they told him the wrong job. He took off to buy a part he needed and the owner called me. I told him that I explained everything perfectly when I called and sent the part photo as asked. I received confirmation that he received it and the owner is now claiming he didn't get it. I told him that his tech needs to be paid and this is on the company, not me. I am not paying for wasting the techs first hour doing the wrong job which Zeke admitted was their fault. I said you pay your tech and fix my car and eat your mistake or give me a full refund. He got nasty said he would refund the card and hung up on me. He then called Josh as I was standing there and said drop her vehicle and leave everything hanging and go home. He also said he would only pay him for an hour after Josh already has been here 4 hours. Josh is a good tech and an even better man and made sure my vehicle was back together and safe to drive home. This place is a joke. Their techs are independent contractors and they are not the issue. This company will tell their techs to leave your vehicle inoperable and to go home. Do NOT give them your money!!!!

I called for a brake Job. Josh the mechanic was timely courteous and prepared. He showed me the pads and assured me that it was normal wear and tear. He was able to replace the pads and was honest and was more than willing to show me the parts he was replacing. I had an excellent experience and will be using them in the future. Great work at a fair price no question. Thanks Josh.

I had a really fantastic experience with Wizard Mechanics. Someone drilled a hole in my Tacoma's gas tank and I needed to get it replaced. The mechanic and owner of the company have been incredibly responsive and helpful. It's been a pretty stressful time overall, but they have really made things a whole lot easier and been extremely friendly and approachable throughout the process.
