The phone interaction with Mark was highly disappointing. I contacted the store regarding a specific type of hose for my vehicle and was treated as if I lacked knowledge when I provided him with the exact number directly from the OEM hose itself. He informed me of a different part number, and upon verification, it was not even remotely similar to the part I required. Individuals make phone calls seeking assistance, typically because they need something for their vehicle. Instead of offering an alternative or demonstrating helpfulness to try and help find the hose I was in search of, Mark displayed dismissiveness and acted as though I was uninformed. As much as I hate to say it, I feel as though this interaction would have been completely different if my husband had been calling instead of myself. Hopefully the store can do some re-training on interactions with customers and assistance.
