Aubrey and Julio (sp?) provided excellent service. I do agree that they could benefit from better signage out front near the ATM, e.g. "Full-service Branch Located Inside ->"

More reviews on GoogleBranch manager Trisha and the team here in Tualatin are welcoming, helpful and just overall wonderful people. Thank you.
I've been to a few onpoints and by far this is my favorite one. Customer service was great! Julio helped me with my transaction with a friendly smile, he asked about my day and made me feel important. Wilsonville onpont can't compare since they have people working there that look like they hate their job. Not Julio! Thank you!
I am so completely disappointed with this bank. It is a complete sham!!! I am a small business owner. I have been at this bank for over a year. Every time I work with a loan officer it says if they all forget that they worked with you.. Especially online I was working with a loan specialist and Ashley Riggs, who was processing paperwork for me all of a sudden no callbacks no follow up. I’m chasing down information that should’ve been provided to me in the first place.. I get that I get two different answers. They don’t follow through with you when you’re a small business owner. I don’t know if they work for commission or not but I’ve never been so frustrated aggravated and disappointed in a banking institution in my life 800 number because you’re calling your local branch. It’s a national customer service number, Who refuses to give you your local branch number even when you’re at home sick and can’t get to the bank apparently is their company policy not to give you your local branches information. The most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard from my banking institution. When the customer service number that keeps you on hold for 45 minutes to an hour and they still won’t give you access to your branch. If you are small business owner looking to help your business is not the place for you. I have never in my life met with banking professionals that care less about their small business account unless someone who has Standing business account at their branch. The last customer service representative I talked to told me they are not allowed to give their branches extension number or direct phone number. So it’s always a gamble going to reach. No matter how many times have they continually hold our funds which makes it impossible for us to make Large purchases for our clients, even though we could have over that amount in the bank. Continually customer service information and they pass you on from person to person it is absolutely ridiculous!
I have been going to this branch once a week with large deposits, often 20-30 checks a week for the last 4 months as part of a new job. The tellers are ALWAYS kind and patient (even when I've come in last minute, sorry!) I actually opened an account after the first few visits, and I had been with my previous bank for 13 years! My personal transactions are no where near as complicated but I am well cared for every time. Please keep up the great work!
