Not only is this store a waste of time but nike has decided our community doesn't matter. They have a 4 foot tall display with 8 pair of trash shoes for kids. Ill never go back to a Nike again. Not to mention the shoe were 10 dollars more in the store. I hate you nike .

I thought they would have larger selections to choose from. Store design looks dope but alot of the classics/retros are only on display not purchase.

Quaee is amazing 👏🏿, so patient, knowledgeable, welcoming and warm. The staff that was downstairs at 3pm and exactly at 3h55 pm were very nice as well. As for the staff upstairs they were not actively greeting, welcoming clients or going towards the clients as they were walking in (apart from Quaee but she was already busy with me ). They were just standing there. I literally witnessed a client standing clearly wanting help but she had to beg for attention as they were just standing there. They were absolutely not mean just not what I've mentioned that I would expect.. As someone who works in the service industry had it not been for the specifically above-mentioned people,I would not come back. Sales agents must me pro-active,provide a warm welcome, offer help and be a step ahead of the clients...

Update My family visited the store March 16th Saturday 11am 2024. No more waiting line and appointment requested to entrance. All people can go inside shopping as soon as possible. They have security guards and cameras. Crews are very kind and helpful. My daughter loves panda shoes. This one is so cute. Popular place, if you have teenagers they will love this store. But this store is in Portland city. If you have a stroller or Wheelchair you might be tough to Entrance area. Because tight and a lot of people line up all the time. Way too busy in there.
